Puget Sound Hydroseeding is a locally-owned company based in Port Orchard, Washington that “Specializes in Beautiful Lawns”.
We started in 1999 out of the need for a quality independent hydroseeder in the Gig Harbor and Kitsap County areas to serve the needs of the local landscapers and homeowners without having to call hydroseeding companies in Tacoma, Seattle or Olympia.

We serve communities such as: Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Seabeck, Belfair, Olalla, Key Center, and the Key Peninsula.
We only do residential and commercial lawns so we do not put clover, pasture or wildflower seed in our equipment which can end up in your new lawn if the same equipment is used for both applications.
We have done thousands of lawns for the area's top landscapers and for “do-it-yourself homeowners” as well. We enjoy personally coaching a homeowner through the steps it takes to prepare their yard for hydroseeding and some of this helpful information can be found under our web site’s Preparing for Hydroseeding page.
Our goal is to produce the most beautiful lawn possible and to do this we use only the best materials available and current top-of-the-line equipment. We use only certified seed which is custom mixed for Puget Sound Hydroseeding and 100% wood mulch which is universally known to be the best product to use for establishing a lush new lawn.

Our hydroseeder is manufactured by the Finn Corporation, who invented the first hydroseeder in the early 1950’s, then they modified it at our request to make it more efficient for our unique way of hydroseeding.
Although it is our goal to be the best, not the cheapest hydroseeding company, we have found through buying seed, fertilizer and mulch by the tons and often whole semi-truckloads and through the efficiency of our people and equipment, we continually offer some of the best hydroseeding prices in the area.
